Dark Crusaders Recruiters Manual

This manual is provided for employees of Dark Crusaders and covers the basic rules and guild lines for full and part-time guild recruiters.
Requirements: Recruiters are alt characters that start at level one and are relocated to any Alliance City. The candidate should be attractive and well groomed with no battle scars, piercing or visible tattoos. They must also keep an orderly appearance at all times, any unused items should be sold or donated. The applicant should also demonstrate a friendly and outgoing persona and be able to communicate well. Character's main must be registered on this website
Uniform: Upon hire you will be issued a black tux and will not wear any other attire with the exception of jewelry items such as a necklace and rings. Female recruiters should be very wary of encounters with male clients. Because of the way the tux may look on you, they may propose that you remove your clothing. Resist temptation and act in a professional manner. Keep in mind that a guild recruiter is a professional salesperson and you should not have any signs of your former profession visible while recruiting. If you travel from time to time and require weapons, your weapons should be stowed in you pack while talking with potential guild members.
Training: Learn about you guild. Potential new members will ask you questions about Dark Crusaders. Before you start your shift, note how many members are currently in the guild. Check the roster on the website and see what skills other members can offer. Don't promise anyone gold or free items, some people join guilds when free stuff if offered then quit. Know what information is listed on the site and where you can to find it.
Tips: Make sure your chat channels are all on. Look for general questions on the local and trade channels, if you can answer their question, do it. You will be perceived as knowledgeable and helpful, like our guild. You should then follow up with a guild recruit whisper. Use macros and your action bars. To create a macro use the Options(esc) and select macro. Select new, type a label and pick an icon. Write what you what the macro to say in the text box. Precede the text with /1 /2 or /g to send it to the correct chat channel. Move the icon to your action bar and press the icon to send your text. If you're not always in a city, you will need a macro for general chat and trade. Use the guild info (/g) after several new members have joined, but don't overdue it. Good luck and have fun.
Macros: Use the following or create you own. You can use CTRL-C and CTRL-V to paste from here to you new macro.
