Guild Vault Expansion

DCBank had a garage sale, and sold off items in the bank that no one was requesting. The auction house was very generous and we were able to raise 1000 gold to purchase an additional vault tab. Each tab can hold 96 items. Lintbaul reorganized the existing items in the vault and set the new vault privileges so that more members can withdraw multiple items per day. The Ranks page was then updated with the latest vault privilege information. The next tab will cost us 2500 gold, we will continue to take donations in the vault and sell off excess items to add the next tab sometime in the future. Hopefully in time for our 1 year anniversary bash on March 16th!

Gallery Photo Contest Winners

The Photo Contest has ended and we have some winners! Look for the Photo contest winners link in the Navigation block on the left sidebar to see the winning entries. Congratulations to Enthis, Palerider, Elfrebel, Olfint and Leebo for your awesome screenshots. Olfint has won 10 gold and the other have won 5 gold each. Honorable Mention to Turace for entry "Fat Guy on Horse" Well done to others who entered by didn't win this time. Gallery Photo Contest

Gallery Photo Contest starting on December 26 to December 30. Submit your screen shots to the gallery and win gold for the best pictures. Details are posted in the guild forum. Good luck to everyone who enters

Guild Games and Photo

Big guild event on Sunday December 16! Let's all get together around 4 o'clock (server time) for a guild photo in Goldshire! The photo will be posted on the website and guild games will follow including a dance contest, foot race, mount race, duels and general party with food and drinks. I will post this to the forums for comments and ideas. Also snowball fight and giveaways!

Guild vault

The new vault has been a great addition for our members. The vault has two tabs with different access privileges based on your guild rank. Items in tab one are generally green items below level thirty. Tab two items are higher level green and blue items. I have moved material such as cloth, leather, herbs, ore and stone to the guild bank. This gives us more room for armor, weapons and buffs in the vault. Anyone can check the bank inventory using the bank link on this site. Requests for materials can be made to Dcbank by mail or by whispering me when I'm on-line. Material donations should be in stacks, when possible, and mailed to Dcbank. Other items can be deposited directly into vault tab one or two.

New Website

Welcome to the new website, all the old content was purged and we're starting over. The old site was ported over from Elite Battlemasters and didn't have much content anyway, many features didn't work and spammers were all over it. This new website was created on October 9th with the latest content management system software and hopefully we will have many contributers and very little spam. As membership in the guild increases we will start using the bank and lottery page links on the site. This site does not require you to be a member of the Dark Crusaders Guild in the game, anyone can join and start adding content.

Voice Chat

Blizzard has added voice chat with the latest patch. I have set up our voice channel as DarkCrusaders. You must first enable your microphone or headset in the Sound and Voice tab. To use the new chat channel, open your Social(O) menu and select the chat option tab. Press the add button and type darkcrusaders. Don't forget to assign a hotkey if you're not using a headset and turn the channel on using the speaker icon on the mini-map. The channel defaults to none, so you have to click it on again if you log out
